Explore Djibouti
Explore Djibouti has been part of Bear Behind Group’s journey since 2021, supporting expeditions that combine adventure with purpose.
While 2025 has been a year of transition as the project moved away from its former charity, plans are already underway for future expeditions in partnership with adventurer and author Jordan Wylie MBE.
This unique journey brings together people from around the world to experience Djibouti’s dramatic landscapes, rich culture, and extraordinary wildlife, all while raising awareness and support for local communities.
From trekking through volcanic terrain to learning about conservation and education projects, the trip is designed to leave a lasting impact, both on those who travel and the communities we meet.
